Intellischool wants schools to be able to shift from managing data, to being able to benefit from it. The Intellischool Data Platform automatically connects and harvests data from the edtech services that schools use, saving time and creating overlay insights that can be used to personalise support for students in need.
The focus is on three key areas: the wellbeing of students and staff, the learning environment and the business of operating a school. Intellischool ultimately aims to assist teachers to identify at-risk students before they fail and assist students in self-diagnosis, at a much faster rate.
Dave is an edtech veteran of 12 years with a passion to use data for good. Prior to co-founding Intellischool he worked as an educational technology consultant and has worked with many leading K-12 schools across Australia. The combination of Dave's technical skills and his understanding of K-12 pedagogy have enabled him to consistently and successfully deliver technology-based solutions to real-world educational problems.
Dave studied at the University of Melbourne and has attained a number of industry certifications, including being a Google Certified Educator, and an Expert-level MCP in several Microsoft spaces.
Josh is a highly respected data consultant, specialising in enterprise-scale data engineering, warehousing and analytics. He brings a wealth of experience to Intellischool having held senior consulting roles at Coles, Westpac, NAB, IAG, Suncorp and Optus, and most recently leading a team of 30 consultants at ANZ.
Josh holds degrees in Business Information Systems and Commerce from the University of South Australia, as well as industry certifications from Amazon Web Services and Google.
