Leni graduated from the University Melbourne (BSc Hons, 1985), majoring in computer science.

She is passionate about unlocking the potential of early stage businesses and connecting female entrepreneurs with capital. He was founder and CEO of Tonic Systems, a company that developed software for creating and managing presentations online. Tonic Systems was acquired by Google in 2007.
