Elliephant is a B2B gift intelligence solution, designed for enterprise businesses to give meaningful gifts to delight their clients and employees at scale, boosting retention, culture, connection and performance.
Johnny has extensive startup experience in both Australia and Europe. Prior to co-founding Elliephant, he worked in two Australian HR tech businesses (Livehire & The CareerConversation) where he met and worked alongside Sheree.
Prior to Elliephant he led a team to launch and scale a new tech-enabled product at one of the fastest growing businesses in Europe (AlphaSights). Johnny completed his Bachelor of Arts at the University of Melbourne. He also holds two Masters’ Degrees - a MIB fromMelbourne Business School and a MSc in Management and Marketing from Bocconi University.
Outside of work, he loves to travel, learning different languages and enjoys adding to he and Sheree’s“Discover Tornados” (@discovertornados) Instagram page.
Sheree is a self-motivated and ambitious entrepreneur with extensive HR and technology experience gained over20 years in Australia and the UK. Elliephant is her second successful startup, previously co-founding The Career Conversation, a Learning and Development business, where she worked with clients such as Bank of America, PwC, KPMG andDeloitte.
Sheree is passionate about GenderEquality having sat on the board of The 100% Project, a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to advocating for Gender Equality across organisational leadership in Australia.
She was born in Tasmania and has now moved to Melbourne where she lives with her partner and two daughters, in the beautiful Macedon ranges. She co-founded the Instagram page “Discover Tornados” (@discovertornados) with Johnny, which to date has reached over 100,000 subscribers!
