Nexa Robotics (also known as ‘STU’) is a student-led venture united in the pursuit of empowering those hindered by existing societal structures. We stand for empowerment, inclusivity, and innovation, with a focus on understanding the complexities faced by neurodivergent individuals. Rather than reinvent the wheel, our team passionately employs emerging technologies to address customer needs while embracing a holistic perspective.
Arnav is an entrepreneur with a background in behavioural commerce, business information systems and marketing. He has previously worked in the banking sector and is currently a consultant in the Human Capital team at Deloitte. He holds a double degree in Commerce and IT from Monash University. He is a young and driven founder who is ready to make a difference.
William is an innovative entrepreneur and data analyst who brings a rich blend of technological prowess and philosophical insight to the forefront of robotics. Being an international student from Italy, William’s academic journey in Australia culminated in a Bachelor of Commerce and Arts, majoring in Business Analytics and Philosophy, from Monash University. His commitment to excellence is also evident in his achievement as a national Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) champion, embodying discipline and resilience. With Nexa Robotics, William envisions leading the charge in sustainable robotics, marking a significant step towards inclusive technology solutions.
Zaid loves to create robots to make the world a better place. He is passionate about the use of robotics for the benefit of humans. To him, robotics is about improving quality of life. Zaid also works as a student engineer at Akula Tech. Prior to this, Zaid has been a part of the XM2 Team as a student engineer and is currently finishing up his Bachelor of Mechatronics and Robotics at Monash University.
