Michael is a behavioural scientist with a PhD in organisational behaviour. He helps organisations drive customer, social and commercial growth outcomes through science-led strategy and communications. Michael has 13 years of experience partnering with ASX200, Fortune 500 organisations and global ad agencies across B2B, B2C, public and private sectors. Prior to co-founding Flowing Bee, Michael held General Manager and Director roles at some of Australia’s leading research and behaviour change consultancies. Michael has strong expertise in behaviour change solution design and execution across several areas, including:
• Brand and marketing communications
• CX/UX
• Sales strategy/training
• Product
• Behavioural science capability building.
Sara is a simulation engineer with a decade-long career in Formula 1 and startups. Prior to co-founding Flowing Bee, she co-founded two other businesses: Gamyra and Hadiqaa. Sara holds both a Bachelor of and Master of Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University in Qatar and the United States respectively. She is also completing a PhD in Computing and Information Systems at the University of Melbourne.
