Phoebe is the CEO and Co-founder of Bardee and was awarded the Emerging Leader in Agriculture award by the Royal Agricultural Society of Victoria in 2019. She also featured in The Australian's Top 100 List of Australian Innovators in 2021.
Every tonne of Bardee insect protein offsets 100 tonnes of CO2 emissions, equivalent to planting 1,600 trees.
