Daniel is currently undertaking a study with John Haitte into what are the teacher practice impacts of edtech tools, with a focus on how the quality of teacher feedback changes with different edtech. Prior to this he founded SchoolsNet, the first k-12 Internet Startup 1993. He designed and developed Myclasses, the first australian k-12 LMS which won the National AIIA software innovation award, designed and built BELTS the first national learning resources directory, founded NSIP and interoperability in Australia, built RICOne a 700 district, 120 vendor, interoperability marketplace for New York in USA, competed review of future of assessments with rise of smart curricula systems and machine learning for ACER
