Martin Adams (Chair)

CEO at Brüel & Kjær

Martin is a technology entrepreneur and investor.  He co-founded Lochard in 1990 and under his leadership as CEO and Chairman grew the company into a global business, capturing 80% of the world market in aviation airport noise systems and services.  In 2009 Martin sold Lochard to Spectris, a FTSE listed company, and continues to work with the group as CEO Bruel & Kjaer EMS.

Martin is Chairman of the Australian American Leadership Dialogue and was the 2002 E&Y Australian Entrepreneur of the Year for Technology, Communications, E-Commerce and Life Sciences.

Paul Holyoake

Co-Founder of Oakton Limited

Paul co-founded Oakton Limited in 1988 and served as its Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director until July 2005, and its executive chairman from 2005 to November 2014. Paul has been involved in the information technology sector since 1980 and successfully built Oakton Limited from a startup company into a profitable enterprise that listed on the ASX in June 2000, Oakton was subsequently acquired by Dimension Data in November 2014. Paul received his Bachelors in Engineering, Masters in Engineering Science and a Graduate Diploma in Computer Science from the University of Melbourne.


Sarah Morgan

Board Director, Corporate Advisor & Professional Investor

Sarah Morgan is an experienced board director, corporate advisor and professional investor.  Sarah has over 19 years corporate finance experience, predominantly as a Director of independent corporate advisory firm Grant Samuel.  She is a non executive director of Hansen Technologies Limited, Adslot Limited and Luxe City Guides as well as a number of cultural organisations including the Museum of Contemporary Art Australia and Malthouse Theatre.

Darrell Wade

Co-Founder and CEO of Intrepid Travel

Darrell is the CEO and co-founder of Intrepid Travel, an award-winning adventure travel company and a recognised leader in responsible business. In 2006 Darrell completed Climate Project training with the Hon Mr Al Gore and in 2002 he won the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year award.

Leni Mayo

Software Engineer & Founding Investor at and

Leni is a software engineer and founding investor of, and other web-focused companies based in Melbourne. is the world’s largest online graphic design marketplace and in 2011 raised $35 million in venture capital from Accel Partners. Leni graduated from the University Melbourne (BSc Hons, 1985) majoring in computer science.


Lisa Paul

Australian Policymaker

Lisa Paul AO PSM is a prominent Australian policymaker. As Chief Executive in the Australian federal government until 2016, she held national responsibility for all aspects of education from childhood to post graduate and international education, research, science, employment, workforce and workplace relations. Lisa is an independent non-executive director for Navitas, Programmed and APM International. She is a Melbourne University Enterprise Professor and Bond University Councillor. She is also on the board of several philanthropic companies. Ms Paul was made an Officer of the Order of Australia for distinguished service to public sector leadership. She has been awarded a Public Service Medal for leading the domestic response to the Bali bombings, and also received the ACA Federal Government Leader of the Year award.

Paul Little

Chairman and Founder of the Little Group

Paul Little AO is Chairman and Founder of the Little Group. Formed in 2006, the Little Group focused initially on opportunities in the property sector through Little Projects and Little Real Estate. The Group has since expanded investments across a range of enterprises including aviation and lifestyle. From 1986 to 2011, Paul was the Managing Director of Toll Holdings and oversaw the Toll Group’s rise to become Asia’s pre-eminent provider of logistics services. In 2010 Paul was awarded an Officer of the Order of Australia for service to the development of the transport and logistics industries, and for service to the community through philanthropic support of sporting and medical research organisations.

Paul is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport. He is also Deputy Chair of Visit Victoria, a Director of Property Exchange Australia (PEXA) and a former Chairman of the Essendon Football Club. In November 2015 Paul and his wife Jane Hansen launched The Little Foundation, a large-scale, active philanthropic undertaking with the singular objective of leaving a legacy of significant and positive change.
